According to the Huntsville Madison County Chamber website, this prestigious accolade highlights outstanding companies whose benefits, policies and practices go above and beyond. It also recognizes excellent workplace culture through employee engagement, strong leadership and excellent communication.
In order to be eligible for this award, businesses must be nominated by an employee and achieve a minimum of 90% participation rate in an independent employee survey conducted by the chamber.
