The Highland Group has an exciting new addition to their Tennessee Valley Region team for the summer season – Dalton Williams. A Huntsville native, Williams is a sophomore at the University of Alabama and is majoring in finance with a minor in construction engineering. Through his internship with The Highland Group, Williams has been able to work on subcontracts, shadow different roles, learn how to build relationships with subcontractors and how to manage projects.
“Our internship program gives college students the opportunity to gain direct experience, as well as, amplify their commercial construction industry acumen,” said Mike Sullivan, Chief Human Resource Officer, The Highland Group. “We are committed to the next generation of construction professionals and are delighted to equip them with the tools necessary to become successful in their fields.”
