The Highland Group is proud to have been chosen as the general contractor for the very first Eggs Up Grill location in Alabama. Famous for its all-day delectable breakfast, brunch, and lunch offerings, Eggs Up Grill will soon be serving the residents of Madison and the surrounding area.
Franchise owners, Alex and Kristen McLellan, can’t wait to open Eggs Up Grill to the public.

The Highland Group performed this build-out within a new building shell and transformed it into a 2,400 square foot restaurant in less than three months. The outdoor patio can seat 24 guests, while 86 guests can be served inside across shared tables, cozy booths, and comfortable counter space.
