The Highland Group served as the general contractor for the brand-new Scratch Biscuit Kitchen on 30A in Watercolor, Florida. New from St. Joe Hospitality, the southern-style eatery opened its doors to the public in February of 2021 after The Highland Group completed the 90-day project.
The build included both a dine-in section and a full-service to-go counter with an easily accessible window for ordering and carryout. “It’s always enjoyable to work on a project that you too get to enjoy afterwards, like Scratch Biscuit Kitchen. Their biscuits are out of this world, go get you one!” said Paul Batt, Vice President of the Florida Region for The Highland Group. Scratch Biscuit Kitchen’s menu is based around the restaurant’s delectable made-from-scratch biscuits and its signature coffee blend.
Scratch Biscuit Kitchen is located at 1777 East County Hwy 30A, Suite 120 in the WaterColor Town Center, and is open Monday through Sunday from 7 am to 2 pm with the carryout window opening at 6:30 am. Learn more by visiting www.scratchbk.com.
